Although it wasn’t easy down the stretch, Cleveland validated its 9-3 record by taking down one of the AFC top teams, and on the road no less. They have clinched their first winning season since 2007, and remain in prime position to make their first playoff appearance in 18 years.
Fans on social media were quick to celebrate, with many calling it the team’s biggest victory since returning to the league in 1999. While there are obviously some legitimate concerns (they did let a 31-point lead drop down to six, after all), the mood seems to be quite jovial in Browns Town.
Here are some of the best reactions we saw:
Never. Easy. But, a win, is a win, is a win. The Cleveland #Browns are 9-3. Yes, you read that correctly. Not a misprint.

Imagine being 3 games ahead of the Ravens.

I’m not gonna dwell on the end of the game (as inexplicable as it was…). That was a MASSIVE win for the #Browns, & no one can write them off as a legit contender anymore.
