Preview:
Sunday features a battle of two 4-2 teams who currently sit half a game back from first place in their respective divisions.
The Browns were able to claw out a victory in Week 7 after an action-packed game against the Colts. However, the team still dealt with the quarterback struggles in last week’s game and will continue to do so this week. The Browns announced on Wednesday that they will start P.J. Walker at quarterback after he came off the bench to replace Deshaun Watson, who continues to deal with a shoulder injury.
Aside from Watson’s injury, running back Jerome Ford, offensive tackle Jedrick Wills, linebacker Sione Takitaki and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin are all listed as questionable for Sunday.
All season long, Cleveland’s defense has been lights out. Myles Garrett is coming off one of the best games of his career and will look to stop a Seahawks offense with many weapons.
The Seahawks come into the game with a lot of offensive power as D.K. Metcalf returns. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Kenneth Walker III will give Cleveland’s defense, which is allowing 243 yards per game, a test. Kenneth Walker III brings a strong run game, averaging 75 yards per game in addition to his six touchdowns this season.
