CLEVELAND — It’s easy to see how much of an impact Browns star Myles Garrett has on the field every Sunday for Cleveland.
Perhaps nobody in the expansion era outside of Joe Thomas has dominated his position to the extent Garrett has in his six and a half year career.
However Garrett’s impact off the field that continues to create just as much of a legacy as his impact on it.
On Monday, Garrett visited University Hospitals’ Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital to spend the day with the young patients and brighten their days ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Garrett played cards, pop-a-shot, signed autographs and chatted with the patients in attendance.
The four-time pro bowler is in the middle of arguably his best season as a pro tallying 13 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, 11 tackles for loss and 23 QB hit through 10 games.
Garrett is the complete package when it comes to a Cleveland athlete. A transcendent player in his sport and a pillar of a Cleveland community that adores him.
