For the first time since 2021, the Cleveland Browns have a first-round draft pick.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns will head into the 2025 NFL Draft with 10 total selections, including a first-round pick for the first time since 2021.

After three straight drafts without a first-round pick due to the Deshaun Watson trade, Cleveland now has an opportunity to make an early impact in the draft.

The Browns also hold multiple Day 2 and Day 3 picks, giving the front office flexibility to address key needs or move up and down the board.

LATEST CLEVELAND BROWNS MOCK DRAFT ROUNDUP

Here’s what many of the national media outlets are projecting will happen with the Cleveland Browns’ No. 2 pick.

Pro Football Focus (Jordan Plocher) – WR/CB Travis Hunter, Colorado

“The Browns don’t reach for a quarterback at No. 2 here but instead take the best — and most versatile — player in the draft. Hunter would improve a Browns’ wide receiver group that featured only one player with a PFF overall grade above 70.0 last season (Jerry Jeudy, 73.5).”

NFL.com (Mike Band) – WR/CB Travis Hunter, Colorado

“The Browns opt to add an elite weapon instead of a quarterback (Shedeur Sanders) or pass rusher (Abdul Carter). GM Andrew Berry recently told reporters he thinks Hunter will play on both sides of the ball at the next level.”

ESPN (Mel Kiper Jr.) – WR/CB Travis Hunter, Colorado

“Cleveland lacks playmakers, and it would get one on both sides of the ball in Hunter. I’d play him primarily on offense, where his speed, ball skills and instincts helped him to 1,258 yards last season. But the Browns could also sprinkle him in at corner, especially in high-stakes parts of the game. Hunter has been my No. 1 prospect through the whole draft cycle and has the chance to be special in the pros.”

The Athletic (Dane Brugler) – WR/CB Travis Hunter, Colorado

“The Browns are desperate to get the quarterback position right, although I don’t expect them to force the pick. With the best player in the draft still available, it makes sense that the choice here would be Hunter, who could provide a spark on offense (and defense).”

NBC Sports (Connor Rodgers) – WR/CB Travis Hunter, Colorado

“Hunter is my number one overall player in this draft, making this a pretty easy choice for Cleveland here. The real question becomes if he plays more receiver or corner for them, as he sits atop both of those groups in my position rankings.”

2025 NFL DRAFT BETTING ODDS

According to DraftKings, the Browns selecting Colorado CB/WR Travis Hunter is a -350 favorite, meaning there is a 77.78% chance of this happening.
