WKYC: Cleveland Browns to make ‘special announcement’ at 11 a.m.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns and Haslam Sports Group are set to make a “special announcement” on Tuesday. 

Officials say the announcement will come during an 11 a.m. press conference at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
